If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, any amount successfully collected for that order will be refunded using the original payment method or another lawful and agreed method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you by telephone, WhatsApp, email or another available method to confirm the order before dispatch.

Cancellation requests depend on the processing and dispatch status of the order. Once an order has been dispatched, it may need to be handled as a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

Available payment methods may include online payment, Cash on Delivery or other payment methods displayed during checkout.

Promotional codes, discounts and offers:

SECTION 5 — CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery may be available only for selected products, order values and delivery locations.
Customers must provide a valid telephone number and complete delivery address.
We may request order confirmation before dispatch. Failure to confirm an order may result in delay or cancellation.
Customers should arrange payment of the amount shown in the order confirmation when the order is delivered.
Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders, provision of false information or misuse of the service may result in Cash on Delivery being restricted for future orders, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently aim to serve customers in the locations displayed on our website, including supported areas within the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of:

Purchases made through the store are transactions between you and SouqSwift.Online, not between you and Shopify.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by SouqSwift.Online and is not responsible for product fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds or customer-service decisions made by SouqSwift.Online, except where otherwise required by applicable law or Shopify’s own obligations.
